Advertising Deadline:
Monthly reservation generally by the 20th of each month, and camera ready materials due on the 25th. Ads to be designed by our staff are due by the 20th of each month. Newspaper drop date is the 10th of each month.

Ads that require production work or changes are billed at the production rate of $90.00 per hour.

Material Requirements:
The Senior Spectrum accepts Macintosh platform ads stored on the following media types: CD-R, CD-RW, Iomega 100Mb or 250Mb Zip.

The Senior Spectrum accepts ads created with the following software applications in their current release.
Page layout/page delivery: Quark Express, Adobe Pagemaker, Adobe Acrobat, Adope Photoshop, Macromedia Freehand, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign.
Imported/placed artwork: Greyscale or CMYK: EPS or TIF files only. Resolution 300dpi.

We prefer not to work in JPEG/RGB. No JPEG/RGB embedded files.

With all PDF files: Include screen (screen fonts in suitcase file) and printer fonts must be stored in a separate folder labeled fonts. Fonts may be changed by Senior Spectrum when they cannot be opened or found with any PDF.

To avoid confusion please include only files connected to your documents. When submitting files on CD or Zip Disks, include a printed copy of the ad.

Position in newspaper cannot be guaranteed, but will be accommodated whenever possible. Premium for guaranteed placement is an additional 20% of ad cost. Ad proofs are limited to two (2) revisions, otherwise there will be additionals charges.
